About Frank
A longtime Sarasota County resident, business owner, and public school parent.
Frank DiCicco has called Sarasota County home for nearly 30 years. He is a proud father of two boys who attend Sarasota County public schools and the founder of Sarasota-based RBF Retirement Solutions, a family-owned independent insurance agency.
Frank graduated with high honors from Eckerd College’s Program for Experienced Learners and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He also served as a volunteer mediator for the Sarasota County court system, where he helped resolve disputes through listening, fairness, and common sense.
Frank believes that strong schools are built through collaboration between parents, educators, students, and the community. His focus is on practical leadership that supports academic achievement, fiscal responsibility, and creating an environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
